I love Ciara’s classes she is so kind and knowledgeable
Been going here a few years now and I LOVE IT. Not only have I gotten into better shape, it's been a huge mental health booster as well. Lots of instructors with varying styles to choose from. Same with the classes; some are great for a low impact workout and others will really challenge you. Highly recommended!
