I’m very disappointed it has taken me years to start working out again the way I want to with my autoimmune it makes it hard and with my kids and job it is nearly impossible to crave out time, I signed up for a 7:30 am class on Saturday and they weren’t open! I waited for 20 min and called and no one was there. I’m disappointed! This is not how you run a business and it cost a lot of money. I expect multiple free classes and an apology or I’m leaving.
This location is great and the instructors are all fantastic. But do not sign up for a membership with Club Pilates. Their cancellation policy should be illegal.
Love this studio! The instructors are great! They give you that extra push/motivation to get the best workout for you. The instructors are very knowledgeable and corrects in real-time. You get what you pay for a great workout!
Always a great experience. Big shout out to Jayne and Timla! They put so much into their instructions and I always leave feeling stronger. And Madison, who greets us with a warm welcome, and any help we may need
