As someone who rarely writes reviews, please take this one seriously. For the third time in two months, I showed up to a class only to be locked out with no instructors there. This is not only frustrating as it ruins the whole flow of the day you had planned out, but I also drive over 30 mins one way to each class. Thinking I would receive a true apology from the staff, I only receive “you will not be credited a no show fee.” Well, obviously not? Absolutely love this place! I love the option of having different instructors because each time I feel like I’m focusing on something different! Love the energy and always feel safe and secure in this space.
Amy at Club Pilates at the Waterside and W. 7th locations is amazing! I highly recommend this Pilates studio!
Love the vibes!! All staff is friendly and welcoming. I’m super new to Pilates and they made it easy to catch on with their free intro class. I definitely feel the burn after my class with Keenan!
