Well, they took my 4 free sessions away from my United Healthcare so bye. More corporate greed. One more thing. Hire some instructors who are actually in shape.
Wonderful facility and excellent instructors. I haven't tried them all but I especially appreciate Sydney's creative approach to each class. She pushes you to extend outside your comfort zone and get a good burn!
