Really enjoyed the Sunday 11am stretch class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and used several different apparatuses throughout the class that made it interesting. Will definitely be back to this location.
Good variety of classes and instructors. Has a more chill vibe than some of the other local studios, which works well for me.
The studio staff was friendly and attentive. The studio was also clean and had a good feel. It felt good to be back after a long break.
Been going here for over 6 years, consistently amazing and friendly instructors at all levels.
