I have been a member for almost 2 years and over the last 6 months they are canceling/dropping classes, losing GREAT instructors & long standing members to other pilates studios, and cannot keep good staff consistent in high point or Greensboro! I started Pilates at this location in June and I am hooked! The instructors are all fabulous. I definitely feel much stronger and flexible. I truly look forward to my classes
I absolutely love this place! The staff is knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming!
A well clean and equipped studio.
I had the worst experience with this location. The instructors were not attentive to personal needs. During class, I would struggle to position myself and was ignored while the class proceeded. I would have appreciated a little help with properly handling the straps, etc. I ended up aggravating my back problems which is why I began my Pilates program in the first place. I had to get a note from my physician to be able to leave my membership early as there was no way to participate with having pulled and strained my back musc... read more
