I have had an unlimited membership at Club Pilates - Woodsons for almost a month now. The studio is so clean, welcoming, and has great instructors. I don't think I have left a class unsatisfied. Soreness in all the right places. Highly recommend Katya, Yohanna, and my fav for a good burn Tandi!
Very good and thorough instructions by our instructor.
I didn’t think I’d get much of a workout or results from Pilates because I normally do weight training but since going here I have more flexibility and I get a great workout It kicks my butt in a good way and I’m not worried about injuring myself. The instructors are helpful, fun and make sure I get the most out of my workout. My Massage therapist recommended Pilates Because I have tight hip flexors and I’m a barber so I stand all day and look down. It really helps me get more mobility since doing Pilates.
I’ve had such a great experience at Club Pilates! I came in after having back surgery and had developed a lot of fear around exercise and certain movements afterward. I cannot say enough good things about Rylan. I started with private sessions with her, and she has been absolutely amazing.
