I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked my Pilates class a month in advance specifically to celebrate my birthday, and I reasonably expected that providing this much notice would allow sufficient time to secure an instructor. Instead, I was contacted only two days before my birthday and informed that no instructor was available. I attended the free introductory class to see if Club Pilates would be a good fit for me. The class provided a helpful overview of the different exercises and equipment used, which I appreciated. That said, I realized this style of workout and instruction isn't the right fit for my personal preferences. I prefer a more straightforward, business-focused teaching style, whereas the instructor was very energetic and extroverted. I was a member at CP for years and ultimately left because some of the instructors were so unprofessional and downright rude, especially Danielle. I am Reformer certified and would never talk to anyone the way she spoke to me or acted towards me. Worst of all, I sent an email to the GM and , no response. The classes were ok, hard to get into, and they charge you if you don’t cancel 12 hours in advance. I have switched from Pilates to Lagree and it is amazing. Truly a challenging workout
