Erica and Makayla are the best!!
I took my first Pilates class with Abby, and she was amazing! Her instructions were detailed, clear, and so easy to follow, while still giving us a challenging and effective workout. Abby is extremely knowledgeable about Pilates and incorporated a great variety of exercises throughout the class. I especially appreciated how she explained each movement and how to focus on proper form and core engagement to get the most benefit from every exercise.
