Very disappointing experience with communication and reliability. I booked an 8:00 AM intro class, completed the waiver, and confirmed via text the day before. When my group and other clients arrived 10 minutes early, the studio was completely locked with no staff on site. We waited outside for over 30 minutes before having to call a different Club Pilates location to find out what was happening. I joined the studio just over 4 months ago and it has been a fantastic experience! The staff and clients are amazing and I truly look forward to class!

CP hingham has been my happy place for the past 6 months. All instructors are so inclusive and empowering, and Haleigh the manager is the best. She remembered my name since the first day I showed up for a free intro class! Highly recommend
