Finally, I found a Pilates studio where I don’t feel anxious trying to keep up with the instructor, who seems to be moving at 2x speed. The instructors genuinely know what they’re doing and take the time to pay attention to each student’s movements, while still maintaining the strength and determination that leave you walking out with your body feeling strong
Club Pilates Southampton is a treasure. Well run, professional, I have zero complaints. The staff is somewhat fluid, but somehow they find the best people as instructors who are exquisitely trained. Leah is an especially talented instructor.
Had another great class with Michelle she mixed it up once again! Bravo!
