Jael is the best!!
I simply loved it. Bryanna’s instructions were very easy to follow. She ensured all were using the equipment correctly to prevent any injuries. She seemed very knowledgeable of the equipment as well as the benefits of doing Pilates.
5 Sarah is a phenomenal instructor. She’s very knowledgeable, energetic, friendly, and willing to personalize instruction as needed. Her Suspend classes are spectacular; great, fun workouts. I’m thrilled to have her back. She’s a wonderful asset to the studio. 5 Parwez continues to be a phenomenal instructor.
