I travel for work and have a passport membership to visit local studios when I’m on the road, so I booked a morning class with Asia at this location and I can say without a doubt that she is one of the most phenomenal instructors that I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Her class flow was so fluid and easy to move through while also being challenging and engaging the entire hour! Will absolutely be back if I’m ever in the area again. 💜
Loved it here! I was so sad when I had to move away! I was able to establish great Pilates technique here with the unlimited package! Strongly recommend for anyone who wants to get stronger with good instruction!
I love this studio and have had nothing but positive experiences. I’ve taken classes with all of the instructors and they’re all very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is easy - there’s a parking garage with access to the studio and they will validate parking for you. I like that they also offer a free intro class to introduce you to the equipment and a few basic Pilates exercises. I’d definitely recommend it if you want to try Pilates.
