Instructor Ms Kenyele Harrison was wonderful on a Sunday. I'm very new to Pilates and have back and neck injuries. Ms Kenyele was so patient, and helped with my form, and instructed me on how to do a stretch or form correctly. She did this with the entire class and was very hands on, which I really loved. I wish she taught more classes at the Homewood location. I'll have to go to the Riverchase location on Friday evenings to catch another class. Instructors are very hit or miss. There are a few excellent and professional ones to whom I would give five stars, when my schedule didn’t allow me to attend with the five star instructors I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth. The cancellation policy is overly strict and punitive, e.g., if you come off the waitlist in under 12 hours from the start of class then you have to go. People have full lives, it’s not easy to monitor the app to ensure you aren’t about to lose money on a class you can’t attend. I found myself wonderin... read more
