Alonza is truly an EXCELLENT Pilates instructor. HE IS A RARE GEM! He clearly has a deep understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and how Pilates exercises should ACTUALLY be performed. His cueing is exceptional. Whether you are a visual, kinesthetic, or tactile learner, he has an amazing ability to explain and demonstrate movements in a way that makes them click for you. I have been with this club since they opened, I love the classes and the variety of them and the times available. Something fits into your schedule! I also enjoy that I can have a membership that allows me to utilize other Club Pilates in other cities as I travel!!
Club Pilates River North is terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming instructors. Very helpful when modifications are needed. Great location and clean space with accommodating front desk staff. Recommend!
Club Pilates is a wonderful atmosphere. It's clean it's safe it's exploratory it's changed my entire body. I'm a 58 year-old woman and it got me back to my 20s thank you to the instructors of the team so very grateful I found you all thanks to Kasia bebelor Kasia Holland. She encouraged me to join.
