I came into the tribeca location back in April and I had to put a hold on my membership until August due to me chipping a bone in my ankle. Fast forward to now, without no written notice nor email stating it’s time to restart my membership I am now on the hook for $145.00. I find it very odd like I told the new manager that the company call after the bill is due but not before the payment. Rae stated that they don’t do that people just know that it’s due. If I could I will give it ZERO stars instead. I went here for the free 30 min trial. Great. Then I felt pressured with signing up with them but I was very blunt with Ray that I thought if I join the club I would be able to join the one near my home. She said they don’t have access to that location. So when I signed up for 4 classes a month I asked her if this is only a monthly thing. She said yes. She NEVER mentioned a commitment PLAN. Owner doesn’t really care about the members. Has a nasty attitude. They Will charge your credit card without authorization and then refuse to process a refund- only willing to give “credits”. Be aware!!!!

Alexandra has been the heart of this Club Pilates community, and it's hard to put into words what she's built here. I very much like coming to Club Pilates several times per day. Sometimes the teachers make me sad because they do not let me do dumb things that will make me hurt myself but that is okay they can only tell me what to do during the class.
