Not great for people who are busy, work. Waitlists for all classes and you won’t know until about 20 mins before if you get in. You have to constantly check the app bc if they put you in last minute and you don’t notice, you will be charged a class. Sometimes they remove you from the class if the waitlist clears, other times the auto put you in last minute-so the inconsistency causes confusion. Front desk is not friendly, helpful. The studio is clean and equipment is well-kept. The instructors are knowledgeable and are always willing to help you improve. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. There is usually always a waitlist for classes but it’s not too difficult to get into one. Overall a great experience and a terrific way to get in shape and improve your health.
