My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the intro class! The instructor was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. She explained different ways to do things to make it easier or harder, depending on what you're comfortable with. We cant wait for our next class!
The staff were very knowledgeable and seemed happy to be there. Unfortunately it is out of my price range to join.
Clean well organized good staff
Everyone was professional and helpful. The gal who had our class did a great job showing us how to use the reformer and was very knowledgeable about accurate form for each of us. I plan to join.
