I was a member here for a long time and took well over 100 classes, so I really wanted to like this studio. There are some great instructors and I genuinely enjoyed many of my classes, but unfortunately the management and condition of the studio became too hard to overlook. The studio itself is very outdated and has ongoing issues. The bathroom is constantly out of order, and you can't even flush toilet paper. I've been going here for about 5 months and it's been amazing. This was my introduction to pilates (and fitness in general, as I've never had a gym membership before either) and I'm so glad I found it. I had to travel for the first month of my membership, but they were super accommodating and made sure my 4 credits could rollover to the next month when I returned. Waited 10 minutes + for an 8AM class. Instructor had still not shown up as of 8:11AM. Front desk person did not address the attendees waiting until I got up and asked what’s going on. I left and got my credits back from classpass and found another class up the street. I have never experienced this before at a fitness class! Will never take a Club Pilates class again- what a waste of my time.
