Maria D. Is exceptional. Truly expert in the world of physical fitness, Pilates and strength work. I always feel safe (from injury), challenged, encouraged and educated. She is THE best of this studio.
Zenia is an excellent Pilates instructor. She explains everything very clearly and still challenges each person at their own level. She also is very attuned to any concerns anyone has. I enjoy Zenias classes.
Maria is terrific! Certainly One of the best teachers of Pilates.
