I love what makes Club Pilates stand out from others. There are so many class levels, instructors, and class times, it made it easy to find something that I enjoyed and stuck with. Their 5a-7p hours make it easy to fit in classes on my way to/from work. I can even choose to go to another Club Pilates studio in Memphis if it's convenient. Absolutely love Club Pilates. From my weekly sessions with Susan De and to her private sessions, she is always so thorough with her direction and very knowledgeable on what she wants us to do. My range of motion now also helps me on the golf course which is directly related from me taking Pilates! The staff is so wonderful and so inviting that I just keep going back!
Love having this location in Midtown! Really convenient and Susan is one of my favorite instructors there. She's educated, positive, encouraging, attentive to form and offers great modifications when needed. I've enjoyed taking her classes and leave feeling stronger each time. Definitely recommend!

Love that Susan D introduced me to pilaties! The midtown location on Union is an amazing studio—welcoming, motivating, and always a great workout. Every class is both challenging and empowering.
