Angel’s class is always fun and informative. She helps everyone discover their own rhythm and balance, and I also love that she challenges us to do more and better.
Great studio and instruction. The instructors here truly provide guidance and instruction and front desk staff is amenable, answers phone and friendly. The sister studio in Tenley also shares same quality of instruction and operational staff. Highly recommend both.
I just finished my 100th Pilates class, which is something I never imagined I’d be saying. I’m built like a football player, so Pilates is definitely not something I ever pictured myself doing. 100 classes later, and the difference in my body is pretty incredible. A lot of the credit goes to Angel. She’s an amazing instructor who knows how to challenge you while still making the class enjoyable.
