Very good, gentle instruction and overall experience
Although this isn’t my home studio, I attend many classes here. The studio is spacious and it never feels cramped. There are three instructors that are always friendly and patient, with classes that are challenging but level appropriate. Nancy, Michelle, and Morgan are really wonderful. Thank you for helping this “senior citizen” feel stronger and motivated.
Shari is excellent instructor who gives you a full body workout. Love her classes so much!
