Love everything about this studio!!! The staff and instructors are all so helpful and knowledgeable, and the workouts are the perfect blend of challenge, toning, stretching, and (dare I say) relaxation! I adore this studio!!!
The BEST Pilates studio!! Been coming every day for the last year and never once had a bad experience. Keenan and Sayla are both so much fun!!

Keenan is a great instructor. Her classes are challenging, she provides useful cues and tips during each exercise, and she blends some contemporary moves into her classical approach. She does a great job assessing our capabilities and skill levels, then modifying accordingly. Five of five stars for her every time!
