Edit: I also want to share a disappointing interaction I experienced on 3/1/2026. While I was having a private, respectful conversation with instructor Michael and another member, a manager (Erica) abruptly interrupted without introducing herself, spoke in a rude and condescending tone, and responded defensively. The interaction felt unprofessional and discouraging, especially when members were simply expressing support for a valued instructor. The studio risks losing loyal members over decisions like this. Good pilates classes with various options and flexibility with timing and small classes and teachers are very kind and explain well. (6am classes, 7am on week ends and 8pm classes) Only drawback is you can only sign up on the day (or after) of your membership renewal for upcoming classes which means lots of classes you want are full so you have to be flexible.

Took a class on Tuesday night with Keilaa and it was one of the best. I’m familiar with reformer classes but her level of attentiveness and teaching style was next level. She is so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire class and it was a challenging class. I felt amazing after and will definitely be taking her class again!

Took an 11am class today with a friend. Don’t remember the instructors name. My second time taking a Pilate class and I have to say the instructor was not helpful at all! My friend and I were struggling a bit through the class and he didn’t care. He didn’t even try to help or give us advice on what should we be doing.He looked bored and annoyed. Never again.
