Great workout, great instructors and staff! Ability to go to different locations
I started in the winter and I could tell after a few weeks that it really was strengthening my core and also the rest of my body. I stopped going for a couple of months and really missed it so I'm back. The studio is small but everything fits so well it doesn't feel like it. I highly recommend it
Instructors are wonderful! They are patient & take the time to help when needed. Reformed based pilates.
Too many changes have occurred with little consistency in instructors since February. I’ve been a longtime member at this location, but I am now preparing to cancel my membership. All Level 2 and higher instructors here appear to be lacking, which is disappointing. It seems the focus has shifted toward rapid growth at the expense of quality and client care. I will be sharing this information with as many other people as I can to help them make a more informed decision about which Pilates studio to join.
