Misty is really good she’s very detailed and that helps you with a great work out, I really enjoyed her work class bring challenging upper body strength and lower body flexibility therefore I’m looking forward to more exciting workouts to come during my Pilate class adventures
I really enjoyed my intro class . My teacher & receptionist was very helpful, friendly & I felt really comfortable the entire session.

Extremely nice studio. Every staff member and instructor are top notch. Instructors will take the time to suggest helpful modifications and tips to address any injuries. At the front desk, Jahzara L. is the type of team member every business would like to have working for them; she is knowledgeable, kind, and does all she can to address questions, to make people feel seen, and to help people feel welcomed.
What an awesome experience! The instructor was so thorough with the stretches. The session was so relaxing. I woke definitely recommend.
