I love Elyssa as an instructor. I had another of Elyssa’s level 1 reformer flow class and left feeling limber minus the aches I had when I came into class. She is always adding new props enhancing our routines. A great class to begin my week.
It was great, the staff seem nice, the place is clean...I look forward to becoming a member
Instructors are amazing, facilities are really well kept and clean. Classes are capped so it is never to many people. People are great and supportive. Sometimes hard to get in a class, so you have to book early. Rules are set, so read them before you sign up.
