I really enjoyed my intro Pilates class and the instructor was great! The workout itself was exactly what I was looking for, and I would have seriously considered joining. Unfortunately, the overall studio experience was a little disappointing. When I arrived, the greeting was very minimal and felt a little awkward, almost like they weren’t sure what to say. With new ownership comes new rules. Before you join be aware that you can’t move to more advanced classes regardless of your skill level and strength until you complete 50 level 1.5 flow classes. There’s not an opportunity to test for proficiency before you complete the required number (and none of the other 1.5 classes like cardio or suspend count) It’s also very difficult to get into classes so moving up will be almost impossible. Do they ever stop making harassing phone calls? One should realize that when someone tells them they are not interested they should stop as calling 2x a day every day will not wear me down but prompt me to file a harassment law suite. I have their phone number blocked now and they still call 2x a day as shown on my blocked call list. I've asked them over 6 times to stop calling and they just never stop. You will never have my business so stop wasting your time.
