I've been coming to the Lenexa location for Club Pilates for more than two years and I love it. The studio is always clean and has good natural light, without making you feel like you're on "display" for passers by. The instructors are fun, knowledgeable and in tune with their students. They've helped me modify as needed through a number of minor injuries. Horrible experience with front office staff. I called in because I am new and not familiar with cancellation policy. I advised I was having health issues today and if I can cancel. I was told I could rebook online. When I went to rebook I could not. I called back, was told I lose out on credit when cancelling 3 hours before class start. I was hung up on because I was frustrated and not given all information and would not have cancelled if I was told that. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I started coming to this studio almost two years ago. I originally came looking for a new workout routine and something that wouldn’t flare up my sciatic nerve pain. I have a physical therapy background, so I know the benefits of Pilates, but had never joined a studio. I can say I no longer have the sciatic nerve pain and feel stronger and more mobility overall. I am hooked to say the least. Would highly recommend!! Over 300 classes in counting and I love it!
