The classes itself (only really did classes with Carol) were nice. However I went to freeze my membership because of some medical issues I have been having, they then proceeded to ask me for a drs note with what was wrong. I am not comfortable giving out my medical information to a Pilates studio and I shared that, so I told them to cancel my membership. Now they want me to pay $150 for canceling my membership. ⭐ 1 Star I would strongly caution anyone considering joining this studio. I cancelled my membership at the beginning of August and specifically asked for written confirmation of the cancellation. I never received it. Because of that, I called again in mid-August, asked AGAIN for confirmation, and was verbally assured that my membership had been cancelled.
