It saddens me to know that Im approaching my final class . My fav instructor is Luis . I typically go Sundays & tuesdays 7am-12 pm & every other Saturday to take his class specifically . It’s definitely an experience I will cherish . My core has gotten so much stronger & he taught me how to Connect my mind to my muscles . Thank you soo much for your guidance on my journey to body recomp. 💕

I've been a Pilates West member since it started over three years and a half ago, and I can only say I love it. We've created a wonderful community, and I've made some great friends. The instructors are certified, which gives me a lot of confidence in my practice. After all these years, it's amazing to see how we've grown together. Cecy, Kelsi, Brenda, and Briza are the best. Nora, we'll continue to miss you. Thank you so much to the staff, teachers, and facilities for making this journey so incredible.
I wish I could list out all the positives from club pilates west but my list is short. I will say they’re equipment is reliable and all the instructors are incredibly education in human anatomy which include the less experienced instructors but I fear that’s where CP met it’s downfall.
