Highly recommend Club Pilates Northway Mall! I started coming here recently as part of my return to fitness after having a baby last year, and as a mom over 40, finding the right workout was so important to me. The postpartum transition isn't easy, but the classes here have been wonderful for safely rebuilding my strength. A special shoutout to Diane—her classes are excellent, and her instruction has made my return to fitness both empowering and enjoyable.
A welcoming place to learn for all levels and abilities
I've been taking classes with Diane for about a year and a half now and I thoroughly, genuinely appreciate her teaching style! She is very hands on, which is helpful and reassuring. Also, most importantly, Diane makes classes fun - she brings lightness and jubilance to every class.
