Jen is great! She pays attention to form and points out small changes that make a big difference.
Sara at Club Pilates is an exceptional instructor. Why? Because I love when instructor correct my practice so that I am able to perform my practice properly. She does not stand there and only give instructions but instead goes around the room and guide each student in class. I have been doing Pilates for 2 years in South Florida prior to joining Club Pilates in the area and still need corrections to prevent injury and to master my craft.
I have been doing club Pilates for almost a year after being recommended by my PT. It has been wonderful after having my 3rd baby. I love working with Kylie. She is super positive and my son loves to hear her animal facts after each class.
No matter what class I attend I leave feeling challenged, like I’m standing taller yet more relaxed than when I arrived! Been coming for over two years, never had an issue or complaint.
