Attended a free first class and Kayla made the process super easy to sign up and know what my workout goals are. The instructor Madi was very knowledgeable and patient as well. I will be coming back again!

I had never taken Pilates before, and Club Pilates Reno provided such a welcoming space for me to learn. I originally started going to help my back recover from disc degeneration and other spinal issues, and Pilates has been fantastic for that—it’s gentle yet incredibly effective.
