OMGoodness! I have gained so much strength and flexibility since starting Pilates classes. Gemma pushes us to do more than what we thought possible all the while correcting our positions and cheering us on. She’s the best!
We visited from out of town and Natalia was our instructor. She commanded the room well and her flow really flowed!! We will definitely take her class again after a long, hot park day!!
