I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and I really enjoy the classes! The instructors are great, especially Maria, Julie, and Margaret. They are all encouraging and make the classes enjoyable, while still giving you a good workout. I definitely recommend this location if you’re thinking about trying Pilates!
Absolutely love Natalie & Sharon. I took my first 1.5 class yesterday with her and even though it is a sped up class, she still took her time showing me how to do the exercises correctly. Her class really flowed smoothly and she really helped me understand the exercises. Natalie is also the same, she takes her time moving from exercises. She talks very smoothly and makes sure you don’t fall behind.
Great teachers, nice facility, helpful staff
Very clean and friendly Pilates studio. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and professional. Claudia rocks - she is amazing and has helped me improve my form and to meet my goals.
