I had my first class and everyone was so nice and very helpful. Emily led the intro and did so perfectly. I can’t wait to see where this journey leads me.
I took the intro class today and Leah is an amazing instructor. Marisol was great at helping me set up my classes
Their difficult process to pause or cancel the membership is predatory. The owner for Chisholm Trail and Burleson is rude. I didn’t meet her during the onboarding, but she came out of her ‘office’ one day and refused to address me or thank me for my membership. She has treated others in the same manner, especially those different than her. My membership is now with an attorney and filing FTC complaints. They try to charge my credit card differing amounts to see what may get approved. I referred people and feel bad about that... read more

I had kate as instructor and she was awesome and very helpful as this was my first Pilates class.
