Very spacious and clean studio with a broad range of exercise. The instructors and front desk are lovely and I like that there’s plenty of space and you don’t need to worry about clashing with someone next to you. The only call out I would have is if you’re looking for a something like SolidCore which is a super burn, you’ll need to level up here to a Level 2 (Level 1 is very beginner friendly). For me it’s perfect :)

Joined CP in Feb and I absolutely love it. Such improvement in my strength and flexibility. Great instructors too!
I was new to working out and joined Pilates and now I’m in the best shape. Wayne location has the best instructors and were the most patient with me. Definitely recommend
