I did the introduction class and it was amazing. 30 minutes flew by which normally isn't the case when working out. Definitely worth the try if you're a little interested. Update: I've been going for over a year now doing the 8 class per month subscription. It's really easy for me to get my classes in. I normally always get pulled off the waiting lists for the classes I want to attend.
