With my busy schedule juggling kids, family, and work, I can realistically only make it to Pilates class once a week. But these classes definitely work your body! After a year, I can finally hold a plank without shaking Highly recommend Oakton Club Pilates especially AmberF
I really enjoy their unlimited membership because I can work out whenever I feel like it or book classes in advance as often as I want. If I want to get into a last-minute class, I do have to keep an eye on the schedule, but it’s still totally worth it! Most of the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and I’ve really been enjoying my time here. Overall, it’s a great way to start or end the day!
