I canceled my membership over email a year ago because I moved away. A few months later, I received a notice from a collection company claiming I owed almost $900. I emailed the general manager, Amanda, who said she did not know why I was receiving that bill and that she would look into it. I never heard back. Awesome studio with amazing instructors! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to take a Pilates class.
Any business that doesn't publish its pricing so people know what they are getting into before they walk in, feels a hell of a lot like a scam.
