Brianna is a good coach, always careful about your exercise and take time to show her class skills. Definitely I need to come back.

Plenty parking, nice staff, lots of classes daily except Sundays. No more teaching of building blocks of Pilates but "a fitness routine on a reformer". Instructors neither give cues / correction of form (to build real skills) nor offer modifications for physical needs, instead there are more restrictive exercise routines to make up for lack of knowledge. Today was my first day doing reformer Pilates and my experience was amazing. The staff was super helpful and approachable, the studio was clean and inviting. Sue was my instructor, she new this was my first class and made sure I didn't fall behind, or hurt myself. She checked in often and offered words of encouragement. I can't wait for my second class!
