Great community and instructors! I've been going here for 4 years (600 classes)!
DO NOT GO HERE, they scam you! I have been trying to change my account for over a month. I have left 2 voicemails, I have gone in person and left 2 messages for the owner to call me. I have emailed twice. Finally, I called to cancel my subscription since NO ONE will contact me back all the while they continue to charge my credit card. Today they returned my call saying they are happy to cancel it today but I have to pay $100 because I didn't give them 30 days notice. The space is very clean and well maintained. Class sizes are small and there's good airflow and front desk security.
I have been a loyal Club Pilates member in Chicago for 2 years and absolutely love my home studio, which is why this experience was so disappointing. While visiting, I brought my sisters to try Pilates for the first time. We attended the free 30-minute intro class with Robin, who was fantastic, welcoming, clear, and encouraging. Really love this place! I started coming here after a PT recommended I try Pilates to help heal an injury and just ended up loving it so much! It was a huge change from weightlifting but much needed! The classes really can be as easy or hard as you want them to be but they are always fun. The instructors are all so wonderful; I’ve taken most my classes with Robin and Aubrianna (mainly based on schedule), and I love them both!
