Excellent Nicole is a superior instructor with a great knowledge of physiology and kinesiology. Nicole’s cues guidance with breathe and advanced knowledge of anatomy makes her classes the most effective . You get more out of your workouts with Nicole because she knows the body so well .
Nicole is hands down my favorite instructor at Club Pilates, she’s actually the only instructor I take! Her classes are the best workout and she always pushes you in the best way possible. She makes it challenging and fun at the same time. Her music is the besttt, which makes the class even better. I’ve been taking her classes for over a year now and still look forward to it every week. If you take her class, be ready to work, but it’s so worth it!
