Jan is super friendly, and makes the learning curve feel easy and stress free. I can be a little dim when it comes to verbal instructions; Jan was un bothered and enthusiastically led the class with confidence
This studio has the most challenging classes and well trained teachers in the area. I started here after doing a handful of classes elsewhere and the teachers have been excellent at training me to be proficient and strong in Pilates. I would recommend the studio to anyone interested in doing Pilates at least one day a week. I have issues with the rules that dictate how this franchise is setup, which isn’t the fault of the staff. Jessica led a semi-private intro class for our group and was fantastic! She taught us a great range of Pilates moves. Welcoming and fun. Very clean studio and equipment. Highly recommend!
