I went for the first time to try a class (I bought a ticket to class). Due to weather and Miami traffic, I was 2 minutes late and told I could not join the class. They would not budge. Although they gave me a makeup pass, they refused to refund the cash. I will not be back, which is sad.
Great place and wonderful instructors
30 days into Pilates, and this morning Sarah kicked my ass—in the best way! I’m already feeling stronger and more confident, and now I’m a little worried I might start looking too sexy where the points i sign up for life! And a huge thank you to Keisha🤗 she is everything a beginner could ask for—patient, supportive, encouraging. 🤗
