Claudia is super nice. Always helps me with my form if im not doing it correctly. Has a calm voice. I always enjoy her classes, so relaxing and a very good workout.
Great workout today. Shari is so very knowledgeable, it helps to know what each positions are actually working. Can't wait to be back.
