I joined CP in October of 2025. I was over 200 lbs and joining Pilates to be apart of my transformation has been the best decision I have made for myself. I absolutely love Dawn, Sarah and Shelby. I love that all the instructors teach a different style. Front desk ladies are sweet and always welcome you with a smile. I also like that they offer early morning classes and evening classes. I highly recommend CP! If you have not tried it, sign up for their free introduction class!

I’m honestly not sure who this Pilates studio is designed for, but this was not a legitimate Pilates workout. I barely felt a single muscle engage, and the entire class was a waste of time. On top of that, the instructor was extremely rude and passive-aggressive throughout the session. For anyone visiting from out of town and hoping to get a proper Pilates workout, skip this place. You’ll get a better workout swimming at the beach - and save your time and money.
