Donna is an EXCELLENT instructor. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. I enjoy her classes.
I haven’t been back since October 2024 and this was just the perfect class to ease me back in! Autumn was terrific! I only wish they would keep a Center and Balance class on Sundays.😔
KERA, today's instructor, was awesome! I enjoy going to this CP as the i instructors are professional and appears to be more inline with classical pilates.
